Jim Burress

A native of Louisville, Ky, Jim started his public media career at WKMS in Murray, Ky before heading south to WABE in Atlanta. After wearing a lot of hats at the station over his 16-yerar tenure there, he's spent the past five years as the local All Things Considered host. While he's honored to have won top honors for his reporting on the local, regional and national fronts, his biggest win came in March of 2001 when he won the Showcase Showdown on the daytime gameshow, "The Price is Right."
